| Description: | Successful Steel Manufacturer is looking for an aggressive, success-minded Sales professional who will develop sales/technical office in our Dallas territory. Base + great commission, bonus, and benefits.

| Duties: | Ideal candidate will further develop Dallas, Texas territory, Training/Mentoring/Motivating their staff to increase sales volume and market penetration. Estimate, Bid, Negotiate large contracts; will develop relationships w/ contractors, engineers and owners; have Engineering expertise and consultative selling exp. Understanding specs are important to the success of this position. This individual will be responsible to meet or exceed budgeted sales expectations, manage expenses, and report/forecast to upper management. Proven ability to develop/maintain customer base and sales/estimating team. |
| Qualifications: | Min. requirements: 5 years exp. in Sales to Construction market; Estimate, Bid, Negotiate large contracts, have Engineering expertise and consultative selling exp. Proven ability to develop/maintain customer base sales/estimating team. |
